This producer and actress had roles on TV and in films such as Irreconcilable Differences before starring in Total Recall in 1990. Her history-making appearance in 1992`s Basic Instinct made her a star. In 1996, she won a Golden Globe and was nominated for an Oscar for her performance in Casino.
