She had her successful show, The Simple Life, with best friend, Nicole Richie, and had a very public run-in with the government concerning violation of her driving probation, caused by reckless driving and driving under the influence, which resulted in a 45-day jail sentence of which she only ended up spending 22 days total in. Paris is scheduled to visit Rwanda, Africa in efforts of her after-jail pledge to better the world with her use of her celebrity-status.
