Hollywood`s newest It girl may only be 18, but Hayden Panettiere is a veteran to the stage. Starting out at the age of 11 months in a Playskool commercial, Panettiere got her first big break when she was cast in Disney`s Remember the Titans alongside Denzel Washington, Will Patton, Kate Bosworth and Ryan Gosling. She has had guest starred on Law and Order: SVU, Ally McBeal and Malcolm in the Middle. As Claire Bennet in NBC`s Heroes, Panettiere`s fan base has reached near cult-like status, making her a regular in the gossip pages. She dated One Tree Hill star and Laguna Beach alum Stephen Colletti but has been recently linked to Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Her fresh face and good looks netted her the spot as the new face of Neutrogena. Panettiere is also an activist for animal rights and was given the Compassion in Action Award in November from PETA.
