Dita von Teese is best known as the Queen of Burlesque and Vanity Fair even called her the Burlesque Superheroine. Dita was first recognized for bringing the art of burlesque back into the limelight, and she has never let up on the act she portrays, since. Her marriage (and divorce) to outlandish oddity, musician Marilyn Manson, only boosted her nonstandard aura and fame. Always playing the role of the pinnacle of pin-ups, Dita has made appearances in Hollywood from magazines, to parties, to album covers, to everything fashion has to offer, and recently appeared as the spokesmodel for MAC cosmetics.
