After acting in small parts on TV shows like Boston Public and The Fugitive, Evans was cast in the 2001 spoof comedy, Not Another Teen Movie. Roles in The Perfect Score and Cellular with Kim Basinger followed. Evans dated Jessica Biel for five years and they split in 2006. His highest profile role has been as Johnny Storm in the Fantastic 4 films.
