She’s one of Britain’s sexiest exports, with gorgeous brown locks and a perfectly sculpted body. Kate Beckinsale is truly the walking definition of seductive. Whether flawlessly portraying screen-legend Ava Gardner in The Aviator or ruthlessly embodying a vampire killer in Van Helsing, she takes complete control of the screen. Her sex appeal lures a captive audience of men, but her down-to-earth, girl-next door personality resonates with women—making her one of Hollywood’s hottest commodities.
Now honing her comedic-acting chops, Beckinsale hits screens this summer in Click, a film co-starring one of this generation’s most-loved funnymen, Adam Sandler. And it seems her sense of humor isn’t limited to the screen. When asked how she enjoyed doing comedy instead of adventure movies, she replied with a laugh, “A great relief! And it’s much easier to pee because I’m just wearing regular pants!”
She also turns heads on the red carpet and is always on best-dressed lists. She names Stella McCartney as her favorite designer but has been known to wear Matthew Williamson, Nina Ricci, and Christian Dior.
