Shannon Thomas, a contestant on The Biggest Loser season 7, has been charged with domestic violence for assaulting a tenant in her apartment. The assault in question was throwing flour in a man’s face - some of which got into his eye! Doesn’t he know how many carbs are in white processed flour This is Shannon’s second run in with the law as she was busted in 2004 for DUI. To add insult to to arrest she and her mother were sent home on the premiere of The Biggest Loser.

Amy Winhouse is on vacation in the Caribbean…..still! She must be recovering from the entire year because as we all know being in a drunken and drugged out stupor is tiring damn work. The People’s Choice Awards took place last night in LA and the most predictable awards show winner can be found in this post. Basic rules of the show were if you were nominated, showed up, and were sitting in the the first two rows you got a glass trophy. If you weren’t there they ran your name off with the category you won for in about 2 seconds. Carrie Underwood, Ellen, the cast from House, the cast of Two and a Half Men, Kate Hudson, and Katherine Heigl all took time in the press room to pose for some pictures.
