What's it like backstage at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show?
It's chaotic and full of great energy. All the girls are so excited and nervous because it's the biggest show of the year and there's tons of press and photographers and people backstage—it’s the epitome of what glamour is.
What do you do to feel absolutely glamorous?
Feeling absolutely glamorous is all about having the right attitude. When you have the right attitude you feel good, and that confidence makes you carry yourself like you are it.
Do you have a favorite pair of shoes? Shoe designer?
I love Christian Louboutin and Manolo Blahnik. I love a shoe that makes legs look really
sexy and have really high heels, which makes me even taller than most men … which I love!
Do you have a favorite piece of clothing?
My Azzedine Alaia dresses, Converse sneakers, and my boyfriend's Ralph Lauren cashmere sweaters—not worn together of course!
Do you have any fashion rules you live by?
I don't like rules, so I believe everyone should create their own. The great thing about fashion is it's okay to be an individual.
Do you have a trademark look or clothing item?
I don't really have a trademark look per se, but I definitely get influenced by what city I am in and, of course, my mood. I guess I would say, I have a simple, classic, young look
with an edge.
Favorite fragrance? Lip gloss? Mascara? Haircare?
My favorite lipstick is Whisper from the Very Sexy Makeup line. My favorite haircare is the So Sexy shampoo and conditioner; it gives you great volume and shine, so it's perfect for when I'm not being pampered by a hairstylist. I can still maintain my “angel” look with voluptuous, sexy hair—at home! And for the body, I love Body by Victoria lotion, a treatment that keeps the skin looking tight and toned, which is great for when I can't get to the gym for a week and need to strip down to my lingerie for a shoot.
